BIOGRAPHY
Originally from Lyon, this DJ-Producer is now one of France's electronic music scene's new rising stars. Over the last twelve years or so, he has relentlessly made his presence felt at events in both France and abroad (notably Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Asia...). Increasingly sought after and respected, D'Jamency is regularly found side by side with internationally renowned DJs and live acts (Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, Marco Bailey, Umek, Monika Kruse, Dave Clarke, Jack de Marseille, Joris Voorn, Miss Kittin, Anthony Rother, Scan'X, Vitalic, The Hacker, Oxia ).
His style varies - according to his audience - from house-tekhouse or electrotek to tribal through to kicking techno, as well as minimal or groovy sounds, creating an irresistible hypnotic atmosphere on the dancefloor. His on-deck performances (special dj-set with 3 or 4 decks and Traktor Scratch Pro) have left their mark on dancefloors across Europe thanks to his irrefutable mixing prowess and flawless technic. His accumulated experience over the years, and his on- the-ball, evolutionary musical selection, has allowed him to effortlessly seduce his public.
Artist to the core, he is equally devoted to electronic music production for numerous labels and audio-visual companies (audio design, film, short film and advert scores / soundtracks) since 2001. BIOGRAPHIE
Issu de la scène «rave» des années 90, D’jamency est un personnage plutôt discret qui a fait son apprentissage dans l’ombre en côtoyant les meilleurs artistes électroniques. Il crée en 1994 l’association Orbital Space, dédiée à la promotion des musiques électroniques (organisation d’évènementiels - production) et il est aussi le co-fondateur du label amazone records.
Originaire de Lyon, D’Jamency est devenu, au fil des années, un dj-producteur connu et respecté qui s’exporte à travers la planète techno, de l’Europe à l’Asie. En effet, il sillonne sans relâche, depuis plus d'une douzaine d'années, les clubs et soirées françaises mais aussi étrangères (Suisse, Allemagne, Belgique, Espagne, Asie...), ce qui permet à ce fin technicien de se produire sur scène régulièrement aux cotés des plus grands djs et live acts internationaux ! (Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, Miss Kittin, Marco Bailey, Umek, Ellen Allien, Vitalic, Dave Clarke, Steve Bug, Jack de Marseille, Joris Voorn, Anthony Rother, Agoria, Oxia, Trentemoller, The Hacker...).
En mix, son style oscille, selon les soirées, entre house-tekhouse pointue, tek minimale hypnotique, electrotek rythmée & techno tribale et festive entremêlé d’ambiances musicales irrésistibles. Ses passages sur scène sont toujours très remarqués des dancefloors grâce à sa technique de mix irréprochable (special dj-set en 3 ou 4 platines avec insertion de loops via Traktor Scratch Pro & X1 Kontrol) et à son style très énergique, basé sur un contact étroit et fusionnel avec son public. De plus, sa longue expérience des soirées et ses programmations musicales riches et variées, permettent à ce deejay versatile d’apprivoiser son dancefloor avec aisance...
Artiste de talent, il se consacre également à la production pour différents labels et sociétés de productions audiovisuelles (habillage sonore, musique de film, de court métrage ou de pub) depuis 2001.
